Founded with the aim of appealing to both working and family men, the Lodge of Brevity meets at 7 PM, making it accessible to those living and working within or outside Hampshire. From the start, the Founding Members sought to accommodate the pressures of modern life, offering flexibility to those who might become Freemasons but have been hesitant due to business or family commitments.

Biography:

The Lodge of Opportunity was founded in 2004 by The Masonic Fishing Charity, which started its life in 2000.  The Lodge meets four times a year, and in addition, we have social breakfasts and dining. The Lodge members also meet for various fishing trips, including salmon fishing in  Iceland, sturgeon fishing in Chilliwack in Canada, and days fishing on rivers and lakes. The Lodge supports many other charities that provide opportunities for those who need them, such as Herts Young Homeless. In addition, the Lodge represents the Masonic Fishing Charity (MTSFC), where youngsters from Special Needs Schools are given a day fishing one-on-one with an experienced angler.

Biography:

The Lodge of Service and Integrity is a Blue Light Lodge, its members are serving or retired officers or staff from Police, Ambulance, Fire and Rescue Services or Military Police. The Lodge enjoys a proud history stretching back to 1995 when it first received its warrant.  As all our members have been or are serving emergency service workers the general atmosphere of the Lodge is relaxed, comfortable, friendly and extremely humorous with the festive board often regaled with tails of visiting guests and members.  We are often outnumbered by our guests which is testament to the social atmosphere we provide.

Biography:

We are a shooting Lodge established in 2017 by a group of brethren who enjoyed the sport so much we decided to start our own lodge. The Lodge practices streamline working to minimise the time in the Lodge and maximise the time at the shooting ground. The Lodge is for shooters of all levels of experience as well as those with no experience at all, we very much welcome guests to our meetings as well as none Masons to our shoots and the white table before the meeting. We have qualified instructors and safety officers to assist the novices.

The Lodge was conceived in the early 21st Century following a charity football match between Northumberland and Durham Freemasons. Discussions took place and it was decided that there wasn’t a Lodge dedicated to Sports within Northumberland. The membership included, former football referees, a former amateur international footballer, 4 former professional footballers and rugby union players. In December we have guest speakers which have included the likes of Malcolm McDonald, a former England international footballer.

The Lodge’s Ritual, whilst adhering to the Emulation Ritual, does reflect the Military aspects of its members in style and format. The Founding Members came from a wide range of Craft Lodges, bringing with them variations of their own that contributed to the style and character of the Lodge. Biography:

Marcellians Lodge celebrated its Centenary in November 2022. It was originally the Daughter Lodge of Marcians Lodge and a School Lodge of St Mark’s College, both London Lodges. 
In 2005, the Lodge moved from London to Buckinghamshire and was launched as a fine-dining Lodge that meets at hotels. Every meeting involves the members' partners. The Lodge meets twice a year with a normal attendance of over 80 people. The main focus is good rituals, great food, and a lot of fun.

It is a key aim of the Lodge to have presentations and talks at each of our meetings. So far we have had presentations about the history of Jaguar Cars, Rapid Proto type development, Test driving techniques and processes; one of our members raced light-weight E-types and gave a talk about his racing career and we have also had a very well known Jaguar Design Director talk to us about his inspirations for the design of the F-Type
